By accessing or using Job Tact's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Job Tact provides AI-powered resume optimization and interview strategy services, including:

• Resume analysis and optimization against job descriptions
• Skill gap analysis and identification
• Personalized interview strategy generation
• Career guidance and recommendations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Job Tact and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the resume content and job descriptions you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and content. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited by you
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI recommendations
• You are responsible for the final content you use in your job applications
• Our service provides guidance, not professional career counseling

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Guarantee of Results

While our service aims to improve your job search success, we do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or employment outcomes.

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Tact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Payments and Refunds

9.1 Payment Terms

Job Tact operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You pay for each Interview Prep Strategy analysis separately. Payment is required before the service is delivered.

9.2 Refund Policy

9.2.1 Unused Payments

We offer a full refund on payments within 7 days of the transaction date, provided that the service has not been used (i.e., the GAP analysis has not been initiated or completed).

9.2.2 Used Services

Once a service has been delivered (GAP analysis completed), the payment is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for completed services, regardless of your satisfaction with the output quality.

9.2.3 Service Errors

If a technical error on our end prevents the service from being delivered (e.g., system crash, generation failure, payment processed but service not initiated), you will be eligible for a full refund or service re-delivery. If you experience such an issue, please contact support at lugracehan@gmail.com. Subjective dissatisfaction with the output quality does not qualify for a refund.

9.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect payments already made for services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
